Hi! My name is Annie. In my practice, I encourage collaborative and meaningful connections with each client. I am dedicated to empowering clients in their journey toward authenticity, self-discovery, and self-acceptance.
With a specialization in working with teens, adults, and the LGBTQIA+ community, I strive to create a safe and affirming space for clients to explore their identities. Grounded in empathy, encouragement, and acceptance, my therapeutic style is all about navigating life’s challenges together.
Coming from an arts background, I love to incorporate expressive-arts based interventions in the therapeutic process (but only if you want!). I strongly believe that creativity can have a profound impact on mental well-being. Whether that is through drawing, journaling, or even curating a playlist, I help clients tap into their emotions and enhance self-awareness.
