My name is Anna, and I welcome the opportunity to help guide you toward positive change. I understand that counseling is a deeply personal experience. I am here to offer a safe space where we can work together to achieve your goals.

Life is a journey and each stage presents unique obstacles. I work with teens, adults, couples, and families to overcome the struggles life throws at them. I believe in a holistic approach to healing and encourage clients to look at all aspects of their life during their therapeutic journey. I use cognitive behavioral therapy as well as family systems therapy to assist clients in identifying negative behavior patterns that are contributing to the problems they are experiencing. I work collaboratively with my clients to come up with a therapeutic plan that best fits their needs.

When I’m not seeing clients, you can find me running, working jigsaw puzzles, or spending time with my husband and four children. I have a teenage daughter and three young sons and understand how challenging parenting can be. I am especially passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families with coparenting, blending of families, divorce care, struggling couples, and those who feel like they have lost who they are outside of being a parent.

I believe building a strong therapeutic alliance is essential. I strive to create a warm, open, and honest environment where my clients feel completely comfortable being themselves. Please don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions you may have. I am here for you.
