Radha Dalal

Radha Dalal is a relational, culturally affirming therapist who works with women, couples, and families navigating burnout, people pleasing, identity concerns, relationship stress, and major life transitions. She has a special passion for supporting South Asian women, couples, and families through premarital counseling, marriage and family challenges, intergenerational dynamics, cultural expectations, and evolving roles within relationships.

Radha’s work blends narrative therapy, mindfulness, meditation, and solution-focused practices to help clients reconnect with their voice, strengthen boundaries, and move toward lives that feel more aligned and sustainable. She is also a yoga and meditation teacher and brings more than 10 years of experience working with children and families across school, hospital, and behavioral health settings.

As a Certified Prepare and Enrich facilitator, Radha supports couples in deepening communication, connection, and intentional partnership. She is known for creating a warm, grounded, and culturally sensitive space where clients feel seen, supported, and empowered to create meaningful change.
