I am a Licensed Professional Counselor – Associate, with a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a National Certified Counselor. I am here to journey with you along the path toward healing.

My areas of specialty involve treating adults with Anxiety and Depression, Trauma/Abuse, Substance Abuse, Stress and Lifestyle Management, Grief and Bereavement, and Phase of Life Transitions. I also treat couples with relationship issues involving communication, infidelity, and sexual dysfunction.

A little about me, I am born and raised in Texas. I have lived on the 380 Corridor for 15 years (I remember when traffic wasn’t that bad). I have been married for 20 years, have one child in high school. I love to read, paint, and spend time with family and friends.

Therapy with me is collaborative, curious, and deeply human. I’m not here to fix you—I’m here to walk with you as you explore, grieve, expand, and ultimately find your way back to a more authentic version of yourself.
